My daughter Dafna Michaelson Jenet, the eldest of my 6 children, joined the agency in 2021 as Vice President of Kalish Financial Services. Her personal and professional focus has been working to elevate the lives of women. She has been leading in this space since 2006 when she was appointed by the Mayor of Denver to the Denver Women’s Commission. 

Her community work has included working with pregnant and parenting teens, teaching in a girl’s juvenile correctional facility, and serving on local, regional and national boards and committees for the largest Women’s membership organization in the United States, Hadassah. She currently serves in elected office as a State Senator in the Colorado Senate. Her focus has been Mental Health, Youth, Sexual Assault Legislation and Individuals with Disabilities. Since 2011 she and her husband Michael Jenet have been curating TEDxCherryCreek with a focus on lifting women’s voices to the global TEDx stage.
